Ciurlonis is for me something special. His paintings - like taken from a dream - make you wonder about life, about destiny, about our fate. A modern and attractive gallery devoted to the art and music of Ciurlionis. There appear to be rooms for other exhibits although these were not open when I visited. It is possible to have a guide in English - presumably if arranged in advance
It was a very wet, unpleasant Sunday (7/3), and we were amazed at the large number of people at the Museum. It was also, a surprise to discover that the building housing the Museum was built in 1969, as it seems much more recent, much more modern, and does have an elevator.
