We visited the ANZAC centre the. Took a walk around the Princess Royal Fortress and found it all very interesting. Free entry to see it all.

Lots of information to absorb! This is very central to Albany so a visit is a must. A tour is available or you can do a self tour. Lots of little spots to discover and you can just imagine what it was really like back...更多
Albany was far from the various war fronts but this area demonstrates how far war impacts on individuals & communities

lots of big guns to sit on and a majority of them move, some old naval history as well, all free, when we were there to of the anti-aircraft guns were roped off for repainting.
This location has fantastic views and some fantastic information, in particular indigenous people and there involvement and treatment during these times. Displays are very much hands on all for free (so go on give a little donation).
