...as Möns Klint. Nice walks around the area however the shoreline is very hard to get to on most palces. Nice views both north and south along the coast
Our dear friends took us around Stevns Klint and surrounding areas. It is Amazingly beautiful. With good eyes one can even spot the oresunds bridge at a distance! The most exciting part for me was the geological history of this area and the breathtaking beauty. At least a half a day or full day excursion is what one needs to... 更多
After spending a week in the Marielyst area, we were heading north to see relatives in Copenhagen. A must detour on the way, was a stop to visit Stevns Klint. The cliff is approximately 15 km. long and 40 metres high, a big piece of chalk! This varied and interesting spot was declared a UNESCO World Heritage site on June... 更多
It is defnitely worth to visit in a nice sunny day. Great view, big area for rest with some tables fo picnick. Also there is a museum, i would say not typical one. Comparing to the Mons Clint it is much closer too.
The cliff it self is less impressive than Møns Klint, BUT the old church at the end of the cliff is simply amazing (and again great photography potential). Again, it can get pretty crowded during the day so get there either early in the morning or early in the afternoon. Parking is half the price after 5PM:-)
We came across this hidden gem on a car journey/day-trip out from Copenhagen. It's absolutely stunning and - apart from the car park (40Kr) - free of charge. You need to hold young hands as the cliffs are freely accessible, but we managed fine. The views are really spectacular as are the ancient church, the quaint painter's cottage and the... 更多
We visited here on Sunday with our family car trip. There is a parking fee and otherwise the place is free. The place is in the end of small road leading through a small village Hojjerup. Parking lot is spacious and it was half full. Info and guides are quite scarce. There are two churches and a restaurant between them.... 更多
You need to go to the museum before starting to walk the site, it tells the natural history of how the area was for geologically. Very steep stairs down the cliff face and a difficult climb back up. A beautiful old church on the cliff face offers spectacular views of the area.
