The facilities here are much better than one would normally expect, especially when compared to your standard hotel gym of a tread mill, exercise bike and all in one weights machine. There is a TRX area, cardio rooms with rowers, bikes and treadmills as well...更多

I visited the gym to do Bodypump, which I do here at home. The staff were friendly, the equipment new and well maintained and the facility was a good size.
We stayed at Qualia which had its own gym but we opted to drive our golf cart here every day for a workout. The staff are lovely and the equipment is quite new. The a/c is great and there's always plenty of parking for golf...更多
