Was excited to visit this beach. I arrived to find that it was nothing spectacular. Had a difficult time getting a site to pitch a tent. After two hours of waiting there was a cancellation. We arrived at site 31 which was a beautiful spot...更多
Great beach, short walk to parking. I set my iPhone google maps and I got there without a hitch. Canteen had a pretty good selection, just make sure you have cash, no debit or credit. Washroom, showers were being kept clean by an efficient staff...更多

What more is there to say? THE best beach on Nova Scotia, with the warmest water, lifeguards, a canteen, washrooms, showers, fine sand and good waves usually. There's also very few bugs and a provincial campground where you can camp practically right on the beach.
We love this beach. The beach is large enough that you have plenty of space to spread out. My kids love it because there is usually less seaweed and the water is warmer. Definately a family favorite.
