We are regular visitors to Delamere Forest by foot, on horseback and as part of the events they stage there (Race for Life, Tough Mudder etc). Had a fantastic day at Delamere don't listen to the reviews about dog poo and bikes. There is plenty of bench's to rest lots of different paths to take and kids love it take a picnic or go to the cafe... Expect to pay a little more then a normal cafe but it's a nice fun and doesn't break the... 更多
Went to Delamere Forest for my niece's wedding festival celebration and it was lovely. Lyndsey looked after the proceedings and everyone seemed to enjoy themselves, most importantly the happy couple. As a guest, not sure of costs but if you are looking for a woodland wedding then this must be worth considering.
I drive through the forest on the way to work. Have made a point of stopping for a wander now and again. It is absolutely lovely. Lots to do and good use of paths for keep fit, bikes etc if only we always had the weather...
What a great place to visit to let your Grandchildren let of steam and have a great time. We are so lucky to have this wonderful area so close to home
We love to take our dog here for fun and exercise, he loves it. We also visit occasionally on mountain bikes and ride up to the skills area, which may not be too hard for seasoned riders but if you take a turn off the main paths it just might surprise you.
