Great way to start the weekend! My friend organised a day to explore the South Downs national park through this adventure company called "Rewild yourself".
The guide Douglas took us on a lovely 3-4 hour kayaking tour up and back down the Ouse river.
I recently went for a late night walk onto the South Downs to get sunset photos and it was stunning.
I went onto the Downs just above Harting village i spent a lovely hour wandering around i can't wait to go again.
