This beach had amazing, blue, clear water for swimming. The sand is more coarse than some other beaches, so you kind of sank down as you got in and out of the water. But once you got in, it was perfect. We rented chairs and an umbrella on the beach and just relaxed and swam.
High quality beach, nice blue and warm water. Booking boat trips is possible. Unfriendly staff in the supermarket close to the beach, in the harbour: if you want to buy let say 20 $ food from the supermarket and want to pay by card they require ID. Who walks to the beach with his/her ID? I was told: because of... 更多
We visited Vally Church on our visit to Antigua. The beach is quite nice and had a good bar The Nest. Our only complaint was that we couldn't safely snorkel due to the jet ski operators. Not to take away from the fun that the visitors had using them but you could not trust the people driving to pay attention... 更多
Great day on the beach. Was there early and secured an umbrella and chairs at the end further from restaurant to avoid the cruise/tour crowds. Yes jet ski vendors were a little annoying, but there were 3 different vendors. We did book and hour with one and once we told the others we booked they stopped asking. Price for umbrella... 更多
It's was Easter and yes a holiday for all the locals, tents galore scattered the entire beach, lots of families enjoying the day most camping over night. The North end of the beach seemed to be the tourist and the southern end the locals. We did notice jet skis we're available for rental. Crystal clear water, and a nice small... 更多
A beautiful beach, best visited when the cruises are not in. Great bar, food and facilities on the beach all year round. The beach and sea itself is outstanding and picturesque but watch out for the swell and current in certain places, otherwise, a great place to go.
Valley church beach is stunning as are most of the beaches in Antigua. The beach is tucked between coco hotel and sheer rocks and is very busy on cruise ship days but if you go when there are no cruise ships in you may find you have the beach to yourself. The facilities available at valley church beach are great... 更多
Crystal waters, white sand, water sports for the kids, a great bar..... what more could anyone ask for?.......perhaps a massage from Pam! Reasonably priced and wonderful, both us and our teens had one. The beach can get busy on cruise days but nevertheless a must when you're in Antigua.
