Decided to give the Strip a try during our holiday and couldn't wait to get away. It's everything that is typical of Brits abroad. Loud music thumping out, fast food restaurants and drunken groups of men and women shouting and swearing. Avoid it like the plague unless you're 18 and want to get smashed from breakfast onwards
Offering a huge range of bars and restaurants, some better value than others, seek out the best ones yourself depending on your taste, age etc. Only once have i been here late at night, it sure is lively, yet in no way like Magaluf, no drunken fights every 5 minutes, just people having a good time.
If you like bars pumping out blaring dance music full of inebriated guys and gals (no matter what time of day ) this is for you ,If not,You'd be better off in the old town , A much nicer place with a much better atmosphere
Not much to say about this really. Typical strip...more bars and restaurants then you can shake a stick at and beer prices ranged from about 1.50 to 3.00 Euros, the places we did pop in. Didnt seem to rowdy, but imagine a bit different in peak season....perhaps im getting old!
