Well, with you like to pay to walk up and down the stairs, then this is the place to go... The only good thing is doing that in an historical place. For me, it doensn't worth the time and the money spent!
The tower was built around 1307. and has a small sculpture of an elephant on one corner. It is about 40 meters high and open one one side with a wooden construction that was used as a detention place.

If you are afraid of heights, this climb is pretty challenging for you! The stairs are pretty narrow and very steep but once you're up there the views of Cagliari are really worth it! It costs EUR 3.00 per adult.

Was amazed to find out that this is the original building. Looks amazing fir its age, taking into consideration maintenance. Worth the price of the ticket. A good walk up to the top but well rewarded.
