They told us on the website it is written: Please arrive at the meeting point 20 minutes before the schedule time of your tour to avoid any delays.
However, it does not mean that we are obligated to arrive at 20 minutes in advance. This is just a suggestion, to avoid any possible delay. NOT A COMPULSORY RÉGULATION.
They said we have to pay 21 EURO/person to re-active the the ticket ?? What does this mean? We arrived on time but need to pay extra.
Then I complained to the company, they eventually said it is ok for reschedule us to next trip without extra charge.
So the suggestion is that: either be here at least 20 minutes in advance to avoid all these trouble , meaning: reschedule your trip in Vatican. Or try another way / company to buy the ticket.
I wanted to score 1 star only, but the people who took care of the complain over phone call was actually very kind and solved the problem. So 3 stars no more.
