Went to see this and to be honest it's very dated , and the wax figures look a bit moth eaten - woman at door did a real hard sell to get me to buy another tour - I did the tour with a complicated audio guide that wasn't great ... Overall I tough it was not a good experience
On seeing the figure of St. Bernadette sitting with a sheep in a field in the show window, I thought that the museum was purely based on her life. However, there are different scenes of Our Lord's Last Supper and Passion. Very impressive but as I told the lady at the souvenir shop, being a Jew, Our Lord, surely did...
My family visited this establishment last week. My wife was not impressed with the lady who takes the money, as they had been round previously, they didn't need to press all of the buttons to hear about what they were looking at. The lady got a bit annoying by trying to force them to push each button.
this visit was well worth doing, the museum is well laid out and again the figures in each section was tastefully made up and I liked the period costumes on each of them.the story was easy to follow and very interesting.,
The wax museum was a bit disappointing. There were five floors but only the two first characters were well done. The view at the top of the building was very nice and made the walk up worthwhile. There was an elevator. I would not recommend the museum.
