The place is small, and unlike most non-French we've never heard of the champagne before. The reception staff is very nice and welcoming, and we did the tour in French (the English one was later and we could get by in French).

Do not expect an extensive tour in the underground caves, these are relatively small compared to others. However, the tour is very informative and personal. The tasting offers you a good view on the different Champagne styles. Shop is free accessible with good offers.
