Plays are always very interesting & challenging with excellent productions & actors. Location is very central & the theatre size is perfect - small & all seats are good.

Though it is a historic building the seats were very comfortable. I saw Private Lives. Sets well done, acoustics good, and enjoyable evening. They have pay parking. Also have a nice bar.

Went to see the Heiress at the Gate in January. The staff manage the whole entrance very well. The theatre is very comfortable and elegant. The play was outstanding. Well worth a visit
