Had to visit even though we don't play golf. A very impressive attraction and enjoyed walking around the courses. The gift shop was very expensive though.

Fabulous course. Gorgeous setting. Didn't play. But husband was lucky enough to. 60th birthday present to himself. Not cheap. But far, far cheaper than Pebble Beach, USA.. Enjoyed the walk around the course.

Very enjoyable visit to see the 'home of golf' and to see people hitting off on the old course, a dream come true for many avid golfers. It has a good Cafe from where the greens can be observed.
It is great how you can walk right up to the golf course hole one and watch the golfers. I think there should be someone there to tell tourists what they can and cannot do. Fabulous historic buildings and views.
