This is one area of Camperdown that is litter free which adds much to it. The animals of which there is a wide variety seem well looked after with good enclosures. While we were at the park we could not miss the wildlife centre. There was grand variety of animals and birds to see, with competitions for the kids identifying a number of issues about the wildlife. A great day out!
This could do with a bit updating but this within Camperdown Park and all other things that make a fab part of a super day, interaction with animals and certain peacocks wander plus the bears and all favourites everyone enjoys.
We visited this Centre at the end of March roughly a year on from our last one. We heard and seen the news that one of it's brown bears had passed away. Took our 2 year old son for a walk around to look at the animals. £5 entry for adults and £1 for our son.... What a bargain, considering what larger zoos cost, the variety of animals is good and its not too big so our toddler could walk round without needing a buggy. Never tried the cafe as it was... 更多
nice little zoo to walk around, there is a small golf course nearby as well, a very big kids playground with lots slides attached to it. The zoo has a nice little coffee shop severs icecream
My wife and I visited about 4 year ago but my wife suggested we go and see the new bears.we spent a fantastic couple of hours looking at the animals in wonderful surroundings. great little cafe and shop to .
We had a lovely day out at Camperdown Wildlife Zoo. Great value for money and a lovely location. Although i would have liked to have seen more zoo keepers and learned a little more about the animals routines.. ie. If the birds of prey get out of their cages at all for a good fly around?
