After seeing this wall on tv over the years, it was great to view in person. We took the open top tour and our guide gave us a full and detailed insight into the wall, was amazed that even after all these years the gates are still closed each night, well worth a visit.
Seen from the top deck of a tour bus, the wall still towers over you. The graffiti is art and the messages written on the wall give goosebumps. Whilst I wish I could've walked along the wall to read such messages, we didn't stop. Listen carefully to the history of this place if you're on a tour - it's fascinating... 更多

Took the Cityexplora bus around Belfast which takes in the Peace Wall. It is a strange thing to see but well worth the experience. Many famous people have signed the wall

Visited in May of 2016. My boyfriend and I had stayed with a family friend when we were visiting Belfast and I cannot thank him enough for all of the history he so candidly shared with us. Definitely not what we were expecting. If you're ever in Belfast, make time to see this and don't forget to sign your name!
