This city park was laid out from 1883 to 1889 on the site of Georgian housing, which was destroyed by land-slips twenty years earlier.
We came across this park completely by accident when we were lost trying to find somewhere else in Bath. It's small but well maintained and provided a lovely quiet break during our busy day visiting Bath's attractions.
Too small to visit, if you don't live in the area, but nice place to go if you do. Views over the city. But a steep walk up the hill.
This park is not big but very quiet and beautiful. From here you can overlook the city of Bath and have a nice walk and a quiet sitting down to enjoy the tranquility surrounding.
These well-kept gardens near London Road in Bath are worth a visit. They're well maintained; secluded and a great place to look out over Bath. Well worth a visit!
