I've been meaning to do this walk for several years and finally managed to find the time do it.

We set out on this walk thinking we were fully prepared: Boy were we wrong. 14.5 miles turned out to actually be 19 (we are both Gold Duke of Edinburgh award holder so very good at reading and following maps.

This is great walk. I live near crookes and so did the version of joint endcliffe park and walked right through to fulsome road after forge dam. Really relaxing pretty flat, can add a few hills if wanted. Call into pubs on way back on...更多
