I had walked over Loughrigg Fell from Ambleside and was looking for a route back when I stopped into the National Trust visitor center. Very helpful gentleman showed me a map and pointed me in the direction of the Coffin Road. Convenient stop for information if in the area.
If you want to visit any attraction/shop/lake/cruise, make sure it would take less than 2 hours. As a disabled person visiting the area, I do not want to have to worry about getting a parking ticket because I was late getting back to my car.
