Visited Hailes Abbey (8 June 2017) on the way back from visiting Sudeley Castle.
On arrival, we paid our £6.20 entrance fee and were then told that the shop and museum were closed until the end-of-June due to refurbishment, so we wouldn't be able to...更多

Well worth visiting on a day when the weather is good, as it was for us. Only ruins remain of the Abbey, but it is easy to see how it was in its heyday, especially with the excellent information boards. What really brought the place...更多
We were lucky with the weather and lambs were bouncing in the fields around so we were happy before we went in. Unfortunately the musium section was closed for restoration.but the information boards around the site were very good. Enjoyed the peaceful surroundings.
