We loved the miniature 'arc de triomphe', as if you are in Legoland and the Halifaxians built a replica of the iconic one in Paris. It is a pity that the historic city hall is surrounded by ugly modern office buildings.
City Hall anchors one end of the parade square. I love the new adirondack chairs throughout the square. City Hall is fun to see when it's open as is St. Paul's

Beautiful building, reminded me of the grand buildings in Edinburgh, Scotland. One of the best buildings to take pictures of while exploring downtown Halifax.
