There's a convenient set of stairs leading down to the sandy beach, where you can watch the impressive waves roll in. At the back of the beach there are tide pools where you can relax and cool off without worrying about waves. There is extensive fossilized coral and shells that make up the walls of the beach -something the kids...
It's hard to review Cocolishi as an independent attraction. It is one of the stops along the long route in the National Park so it's really part of another attraction - You definitely wouldn't make the 2 hour drive to see this spot if it weren't.
It was worth stopping along the route to see, but nothing overly spectacular.
