Place can be hotter than the sun! But worth a visit. Bring water and food in your car. Some amazing views and great if you like desert landscape/creatures. There was signs warning you of Bees/Wasps so be careful of you have small children. Saying that we didn't have any problems and was a great adventure day out.
Although Skull Rock is the main attraction, do not miss the beautiful rock formations and landscapes that surround this attraction. This place is right on the side of the road so it's an easy stop. you don't even need to hike to get to the actual Skull Rock. It "resembles" a skull but I honestly have seen others that were much better. Be prepared to run into MANY other tourists as it is a popular spot. you can be in... 更多
Not a lot to see here, except for a big rock that looks remarkably like a skull. Stop, take your picture, and hop back in the car. A popular attraction, lots of people taking pictures.
Right on the roadway, easy access for anyone with limited ability to hike. There are also trails for those that are able and willing to explore the abundance of rocks and plants.
The formation is interesting, but the area was overwhelmed with visitors. People were lined up to take photos in front of the 'skull.' It is worth stopping if you are driving by it.
