Listen up and then decide. I wish I had read the reviews first. I would never have gone. First let me say it's not the fault of the performers. They sing well and do their best with what they have to work with. This is the biggest rip off I've experienced in I don't know when. It truly is a... 更多
This dinner theater kept the food coming. If you go away hungry, it's your own fault! The show was very enjoyable, but a bit hokey. It was quite pricey at $69.95 for the show and food.
We enjoyed the show- not for the food or the musical score, but for the energetic cast who not only perform a musical history of Mount McKinley, but they wait tables as well..and they do it two shows a night! The food is family style dining. Melt-in-your mouth homemade biscuits and salad followed by BBQ chicken-a bit on the rubbery... 更多
We attended the dinner show last Saturday as part of our Princess Denali Tour package. The food was decent (good mashed potatoes, biscuits, salad, and chicken, however the salmon was over-done). The show was hokey with pretty good singing, but after a day touring Denali it was fun, particularly from an audience involvement standpoint. I think a different crowd could... 更多
We attended the musical/dinner on our third night at the McKinley Chalet. The service was goo, seating was quick, food was really all you can eat. I found the chicken way overcooked, my wife like the chicken and did not care for the salmon. The singing was a bit shaky from several of the characters. We felt we had seen... 更多
Wasn't impressed with the food, but the show was great. We left with a smile on our faces and enjoyed the show. It was a pleasant surprise. The food is served family style so you really get to know the people around you. Chicken, Salmon, veggies, salad, biscuits, and potatoes. Plus you get dessert. It came as part of our... 更多
For the price ($69/person) I expected better food. The chicken was rubbery and the salmon tasteless. Salad and dessert were okay. The "decaffinated" coffee might have been caffinated as my wife had trouble sleeping the same might. The show was a bit hokey with bits of humor and some singing. The talent was average. I would not recommend this experience.
Our waiters were the actors of this musical show. Since we are vegetarians, we always feel like there should be hot meal choices everywhere where we pay for dinner since we ended up eating salad, bread rolls, steamed veggies, mashed potatoes, and dessert. Non-vegetarians were served chicken and salmon, but I guess, world operates on what 95% of the people... 更多
