This is a good oasis if you are up by the lake. On this blustery late March day it offered a great place to warm up and shop. The staff was friendly and helpful and the store had a wide selection of books and gifts, both educational and unusual. No sales tax in Oregon makes shopping that much more enjoyable.... 更多
Rim Village is the only vista point you can see Crater Lake from in the winter time. Even in early May all the other roads were closed because of the snow. It really offers spectacular views. Truly beautiful.
In winter, the north entrance to the park is closed and the rim roads are similarly blocked off. You'll hike through a little snow, but you have great views of the lake right outside of the Village gift shop. There is a small (but over-priced) café in the Village. Make sure to go to the second floor of the gift... 更多

This area is open year round with cafe, restrooms and a lodge. Parking is crowded, but you can find a place. It's the best place to see the beautiful views of the lake and island, especially with the North road is closed. Gift Shop had a lot of variety for adults and souvenirs. I was disappointed that it didn't have... 更多
Rim Village is the main developed area of the park. It has a visitor Center/Gift Shop, an overlook (for great photos of Wizard Island and the lake) and the Crater Lake Lodge. As such, this area can be crowded. There are restrooms and eateries located at Rim Village
Rim village has the lodge and food. Nice gift shop. This is where you can to a tram around the lake. Lodge sits right on the rim of the lake great views.

It also has a deck with rocking chairs from which the lake can be viewed. * The trail along the... 更多
