姐妹们,在大阪高岛屋购物退税的一定要避雷!好好的购物好心情,被退税柜台一个叫“坂口”的日本大妈彻底毁掉了。
我全程用正常日语沟通,她看到我是中国护照后瞬间变脸,言语刺激、摔摔打打,态度极其恶劣,还明目张胆地歧视,甚至挑衅说:“你去投诉我吧,我就这样!”
事后向管理层投诉,得到的只是敷衍的“日式道歉”,明确拒绝让涉事员工本人道歉。官网投诉至今石沉大海,维权基本无望。
作为一个对高岛屋有超过10年信任的老顾客,这次经历不仅践踏了我的尊严,也彻底摧毁了我对这个品牌的信任。

I just had a terrifying and deeply upsetting experience at the tax-free counter of Takashimaya Osaka.
When I asked a simple question during my refund, the staff member:
• SLAMMED their hand on the counter in anger
• Spoke to me in a rude, confrontational tone
• Openly said, "I don't care if you complain"
• Refused to apologize, even when I asked to speak to a supervisor
This wasn't just bad service—it was intimidation. As a tourist, I felt unsafe and disrespected.
This is a stain on Takashimaya's reputation and Japan's hospitality. I'm sharing this to warn other travelers.
