The end of July until early August each year, local volunteer groups will hold the activities for watching fireflies (ホタルの鑑賞会) and they will provide flashlights and introduce the visitors into the park every night.
For the activities, they construct black clothe in the side of the road beside the park to avoid the car light impact to the park.
Although I do not understand Japanese and volunteers can not speak English or Chinese, they are still very friendly and also lead us into the park.
However, at night the way to Chaoyang Park do not have street lights. It is very dark and car need to be careful.
每年七月底至八月初，會由當地志工團體舉辦螢火蟲觀賞會（ホタルの鑑賞会）的活動，在夜間可以觀賞道大量的螢火蟲，並有志工提供手電筒，帶著旅客進入公園進行導覽。
志工們為了鑑賞會，還在公園旁的道路邊以黑布遮住，避免車燈影響到公園。
雖然我不懂日文，志工們也不會英文或中文，但他們仍然很熱情的招待我們，一樣的帶我們進入公園並解說。
不過，在夜間前往朝陽公園的路沒有路燈，開車需要小心。
