I am writing this review to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the service I was supposed to receive from deep blue. I paid for a paragliding experience through credit card, which was scheduled for 5 oct. Unfortunately, there were differency with the payment amount, and I immediately reached out to customer service via email to resolve the problem.
Since then, I have received no response to my emails. Despite numerous attempts to contact through various channels, there has been no acknowledgment of my concerns or efforts to rectify the situation.
This lack of communication and customer support is unacceptable, especially given that I had planned my schedule around this activity. Not only have I been unable to confirm my booking, but I have also been left in a state of uncertainty regarding the status of my payment.
I would appreciate it if you could respond promptly and provide a refund. The absence of professional service and follow-up has significantly impacted my trust.
I hope this matter can be resolved soon and that others do not face similar issues when dealing with your services.

The views from the sky were simply stunning, and I owe it largely to Emre Can's ability to find the perfect spots for a smooth and unforgettable flight.
