A female crew member called ‘Semi’ or what, gave me a feeling that she is racism.
Firstly, when I first boarded the ship, the captain told me that I could choose my own seat. But this Semi wanted to arrange me to sit in the middle seat. However, I want to sit by the window and she told me I cannot . Her colleague explained that someone had booked the window, but I understood the captain means that I have the right to choose a seat and do not mentioned that there was any reservation before. Seeing that I wanted to sit by the window, Semi gave me a blank eye.
Secondly, this trip has two opportunities for snorkeling. I didn't participate in my first snorkeling due to seasickness. When I waited for the second snorkeling, I was feeling better and wanted to participate, but I didn't have the equipment, so I went to find it. Because I missed my first snorkeling trip to pick up equipment with most people, the mask that was originally placed on the second floor deck was taken to the first floor.
When I wanted to go to the first floor to get the mask myself, Semi appeared and shouted at me that this was the crew equipment room and throw me out. Don't listen to my explanation at all.
In fact, there is no sign indicating that was a crew equipment room.
Afterwards, I found other crew members to assist me, and he also took me to the so-called “crew equipment room”to get the mask.
By the way, Some crew members are very nice, some are concerned about whether I am feeling seasick or not, while others encourage us to try snorkeling after feeling better of the seasick. However, the existence of Semi proves the over quality of crew members are irregular and the negative impression will brings to customers.
Tirdly, The lunch buffet provided on the ship is really unpleasant. No food is delicious. The beef in Australia is so cheap and delicious, I can't even figure out where they got us such a untasted steak to serve.
