In a nutshell - we all do!
There seems to be a 101 eating places in D Mkt but if it's something nice and easy then Reeds fits the bill.
Pleasant staff, good selection from the blackboard (but not too many for the kitchen staff to be overwhelmed with multiple choices) for your midday meal. But don't leave it too...
We were delighted to find this lovely cafe behind Read's shop in Downham Market. The staff were very welcoming and pleasant. Our drinks were prepared swiftly and the whole atmosphere was lovely. It was full, which is always a good sign, and obviously a favourite with the locals. The drinks were delicious and we were very impressed.
My wife pops in on most Mondays with some friends for a coffee/tea after her yoga class. There is a good selection of food and the cakes on offer look delicious. The service is brilliant too with a friendly welcome. It is certainly worth a visit if you are in Downham Market.
I visited this cafe to meet up with a group of walking friends at lunchtime. The staff were excellent and let us join tables together. The service at the counter was efficient, as was the service. The dishes were plentiful and tasty.
The staff here are a credit to this establishment.
