Hot Pot is a buffet restaurant. Not much fresh food provided, mostly is processed. But the over all is good. The soup is tasty. Lots of veggie and there's ice-cream!!

Although the variety of food is good everything looked like it was laying around all day (or some days tbh..) the meat was just a big frozen lump and you had to struggle to get any off of that lump and onto your plate.
