if you want a traditional fry-up this is the place for cheap freshly cooked breakfasts - plenty of seating and quick service - makes a change from the more trendy cafes in area
If you can damn with faint praise then the title has it. Popular and welcoming to cyclists but apart from that very average. I tend to judge a cafe by it's sausages and these were tubes of emulsified slurry. One reviewer said best breakfast in Yorkshire. Probably ought to get out more.
the coffee is absolutely vile.doesnt taste like coffee and really lets the place down.in a town where you can get a really good cup of coffee anywhere ,it is such a shame this café lets the town down on this one.
Has always ticked the boxes for a good quality breakfast, and service is exemplary too. Having moved away I'm always excited to go back here when in Holmfirth! Never disappoints, looking forward to my next breakfast already...
Found this cafe on trip advisor and impressed by the reviews, called in. Simple contemporary decor and more seats inside than it looks to have from outside. had a full english breakfast from here and it was delicious!! it was cooked fresh to order and didn't take too long either! m partner also had a toast and it was great! very good value for money would definitely return!
a well established Holmfirth café.busy all day long doing great good value breakfasts and lunches.also a great take away service is offered.not posh or pretentious ,just a very friendly place to eat at.tim the owner is such a nice friendly guy.
What's not to love about a cafe that attracts bikers, cyclists, walkers, locals etc and serves fabulous breakfasts, butties and snacks at great prices. We had 2 bacon & sausage butties for the grand sum of £5 - bargain! And they were massive and delicious.
