Yummy food but some of it was cold and had to be recooked! Toilets are under renovation which is good as they are usually filthy and staff dont wash their hands. You need to go downstairs to food court to use toilet.
We visited last week for lunch. We didn't have to wait for seats as we arrived towards the end of lunch service but after being seated we were ignored. We flagged the manager who was the only helpful person there and brought us drinks immediately. The staff were rude and we felt that they didn't like us as we are... 更多
If you don't like crowds then don't go there. This place is not big it's huge! We went there for Yum Cha and there must have been at least a 1,000 people dining there. We had to queue for a table and waited 30 minutes. The wait was worth it. The trolleys came thick and fast, laden with the usual... 更多
Celebrated Fathers Day here and had yum cha. So glad we booked a table as this secured a spot for us. Easy online booking process via their website. Owner will send an email confirmation. Food: We very much enjoyed the food. Top quality but you also pay the price. We had 8 adults + 2 kids, bill came roughly to... 更多
Recently I attended a Chinese Banquet meal at the Rhodes Phoenix Chinese Restaurant. Hundreds of diners were present on the auspicious night in this large restaurant located on Level 5 of one of the largest shopping centres in Sydney - one level above a very large food court. One complete wall of the restaurant is made of glass which allows... 更多
Dined here for lunch on a Monday. Easy to get a table. Large variety if yum Cha dishes. Trolleys going around very often. We had one dish that was cold, but was immediately replaced with a hot dish. If we had been in a larger group we would have tried more dishes. Will certainly go again.
A group of us had weekday lunch at this restaurant, it was a little hard to find through the car park. We had to walk across the car park level to the other side to access the front door. Lunch wasn't as busy as some reviews said on the weekend and it was fairly easy to get a table. Food... 更多
If your coming on weekends expect a huge lineup which won't take as long as you think . Been here the last two times and their service is dropping, you must wait too long once seated between food trolleys for yum cha, waiters all look overworked and unhappy to be there , for the amount of money pouring into this... 更多
Rhodes Phoenix is a very busy Yum Cha on the weekends but not too busy on weekdays. You will have to queue/wait on weekends if you don't have a booking after about 10:45am. But the staff run the queue v efficiently (and loudly!), and their estimates of how long you need to wait are spot on. But there is a... 更多
Very tasty and very popular yum cha restaurant. Be prepared for st least a 40minute wait at peak time on weekends but it is worth it. There is great variety and excellent service once you get a table. Mango pancakes are my highlight.
