Old school local diner. Great food and service. We shared a plate of two over easy eggs and ham. We were surprised to see an addition of grill potatoes. All very yummy. Hubby even had their loaded bloody Mary. Very nice way to start our day ;)

The title says it all. Food, service, ambiance, price. This is Salem's 'real deal'. Can be a long wait on weekend mornings, though.
After a long night we wanted a big ol breakfast. Our cabby suggested this place and it is exactly what we wanted. great service Great food, great atmosphere. we left stuffed! Cash only spot but they have an atm on site.
Our tour guide recommended Red's for breakfast, and it was stellar. Plentiful and great tasting cafe. Prices are low, but beware, it's cash only. There's an ATM onsite if you're unprepared. Ordering pancakes? Start with one as they are insanely HUGE. (edges hang over the dinner plate.) Server was friendly and helpful and efficient.
