By far my favorite restaurant in the 4 corners area. The sushi is amazing here! Service has always been great too.
I know, I know, ordering fish in the mountains.... Well, the good news is all of the food was good. The very good news is that the price was reasonable. The spider roll was excellent. The chicken and shrimp pad thai was spicy and very good. The cucumber salad with vinegar was just right. The pork pot stickers with sweet... 更多
We locals enjoy this trendy place, and know that there's a half price (on some items and beer/saki happy hour) so go early for that. Once we tried the calamari, it's always part of our meal, great sauce too. Delicious, creative sushi rolls, edamame, don't miss this great locals favorite.
Surprised to find a very good sushi place in what used to be a rougher town. Good drinks. My only suggestion is to add a Tempura main dish for those not totally enamored with sushi.
We visit Cortez a few times a year to see family, and this is one of my favorite places to go for excellent food, great service and one of the best mojitos I have ever had. I love the Verde roll - it's crisp and fresh! The Pad Thai was delicious - different, but so good! Ok, the mojitos... WOW!... 更多
There is not really an extensive selection of sushi or sashimi at Stonefish. However, I was very happy with the freshness, texture, and taste of the maguro tuna. Our cucumber salad was a fresher, crisper take on the old standard. Edamame, Caterpillar Roll; good. Service and ambience were quite nice.
A Top 5 sushi experience in Cortez, Colorado? Nothing against Cortez, but it is a far piece from any ocean. Nevertheless, the sushi is extremely fresh and its chef/chefs display a true flair for the creative. The presentations are gorgeous and playful, and they're as delectable as they are fun to look at. We highly recommend the caterpillar roll and... 更多
I always make Stone fish my first stop whenever I roll through town. The ambiance, the service, the specialty bar and the FOOD. Love it, have not had a single thing yet that I did not like. The Chef is committed to great quality, has the good sense to hire well. I love this place and look forward to my... 更多
Considering this place is on the edge of the desert, and the culinary wasteland of Utah, this is some of the best sushi in this part of the southwest. Also, much better service than in Durango. I highly recommend the tuna sashimi. Had that for lunch, then had a roll. Did not disappoint.
