We got two meals to go. You don't get very much rice and beans that way but the quality was acceptable for the meats. Salsa was lacking a bit of flavor however, but the prices are pretty affordable.
I had the adobada gordita and taco, and my husband had the adobada taco and King burrito. The food was delicious and extremely reasonably priced.
Food is okay, but the cashier asked me to sign my credit card statement by putting it down on the counter right in a sticky ooze leftover from spilled Coke. She asked if I wanted a receipt and I said yes, so she put that one in the goop as well. Cannot recommend this dump to anyone.
The food was okay, But I would not, could not say it was the best in Fairbanks by any stretch. General cleanliness is lacking as told by looking at the windows, sidewalks covered with litter, and the top of the hot sauce with its disgusting crust. The health department needs to check this place out.
Can't understand why Taco King doesn't have a nice sit down Restaurant, with the food Quality they present......Fast Food's ok, but I believe there's a place in Fairbanks 4 another quality fine Restaurant..........Hispanic Style...Bankers get your pens out...........time to invest !!
The staff were friendly and fun. The food was good, basic, Mexican. The tortillas looked fresh. The gordita was excellent. Enchilada could have used more sauce. Carne Asada was darn good.
I'll admit, I was skeptical of finding proper Mexican food this far North. I'm used to eating at hole-in-the-wall taquerias along the East Coast and in the Southwest where the space is minimal, the prices are cheap, the music is cheerful, and the delicious food is served unceremoniously. Taco King manages to serve as close to what I could hope... 更多
