We had the seafood meal we were looking for when coming to Maryland. Great Rockfish Francese, Calamari and the Frutti di Mare. Complementary bread was very yummy as well!
It's simply a great place to eat. If you like seafood, this is the place to be. Don't let the name scare you away as there is nothing rusty about this place. Staff was helpful and knowledgable and the food was simply amazing. They are particularly well known for their crab cakes, but all the rest was perfect as well.

We have been to Rusty Scupper several times in the past, usually for our yearly anniversary dinner. While you could easily rate it as "fine dining" it is acceptable to wear jeans. This was our second trip to Baltimore, and second time dining at the Rusty Scupper. We were lucky enough to get a table overlooking the harbor at sunset, and the view was outstanding.
