Food was excellent. Price was great. Service great. View of Columbia River was great. We would go back and our server, Michelle was really good.
We had a wonderful crafted meal in Astoria, Oregon at a riverside restaurant, Bridgewater Bistro. Great menu and the staff made some dietary alterations, which made it even more special. We sat upstairs and watched the sunset and enjoyed the jazz music below us, which added a nice ambiance to the evening. They bake their own breads and the seafood... 更多
On our drive from Seattle to Portland, we stopped at the Bridgewater Bistro. The place was recommended to us by some people in Long Beach. We were pleasantly surprised by the location, the scenery, the food and efficient service. This is a place not to be missed if you are in the Astoria area.
We had lunch on the deck. The weather was breezy but sunny and not too cool. I recommend at least checking out that seating option. I had the chowder and my wife the crab and shrimp melt sandwich. Both were excellent. Service was very good. Nice selection of beer.
We started with pan-fried oysters and chili-lime shrimp. Both were amazing. The pumpkin bread was good but would have preferred a savory bread. The fish cakes were lovely but my salmon was dry and had to be re-fired. It came back perfectly. I had bread pudding for dessert and my husband had huckleberry/peach cobbler and both were wonderful. Service was... 更多
We were ready to love this place, hungry and ready to go. The reviews were glowing and the menu items sounded delicious. The ambience was perfect and the wait staff was excellent but both our entrees were JUST OK. So disappointing. My husband ordered the clam and mussel chowder with a side salad. He said the chowder was potato with... 更多

A great location near several hotels - a short walk along Astoria Riverwalk. Exceptional wine listing - enjoyed an Oregon pinot noir (Brooks). Wait staff was very open to suggesting - tried several local inspired items - pickled herring, the best seafood chowder, and the cioppino - also had the seafood cakes of the day. Excellent dessert - watched a... 更多
This restaurant is at the end of the riverwalk, near the Cannery Pier Hotel where we stayed. We found the food here to be excellent. We had smoked salmon appetizer, the ahi tuna entree, and the chocolate silk pie. All 3 were awesome! Our server was awesome as well. Highly recommend this place.
Great food in beautiful space. Ask your server to see the restoration book which details what the space looked like before restoration. It is awesome to see what they did, what materials they were able to reclaim, and what is original. The pesto chicken sandwich was amazing. The mushroom dill soup had great flavor, and the coating on the fish... 更多
