Corner Bistro..since a short time going by the new name "Glass Hatt" . A great atmosphere for a drink enjoying great piano music and beautifull singing. A great place for dinner and a drink afterwards.
The salads and apps were absolutely top notch. Cocktails and wine were excellent even when prepared by the waitstaff on a slow night. Our food was phenomenal. The atmosphere is charming. I would definitely come back.
Worst experience ever! Under new management and name will be changing soon. Food has definitely changed and was horrible. It is no longer the same. We went for brunch. Omelet was horrible - over cooked, basically just eggs and not the right cheese. Mimosas were basically just orange juice and several had tin foil in them. Our waitress was amazing... 更多
We went to this spot because it was close to Hotel Indigo, where we were staying. It was Valentine's night. We had a very late lunch so we ordered appetizers and drinks. They offered a speciality menu for the holiday that looked good and the food looked yummy. Our food and drinks were good. The owner and bartender were friendly.... 更多
I had heard so much about this place and was let down at every turn. The food was okay. Nothing to write home about. We came for what was supposed to be a great piano bar. The guy is a condescending hack. Any 11 year old with a few lessons under their belt could fill in for this guy. We... 更多
I have been coming to this place every now and then hoping i will find something better however despite a good location same issues needs addressed and just not getting better. Before i write about my last visit i want to bring up a point, they use a homeless looking person on side of south side to bring them business??... 更多
On a rainy September Jacksonville night, a business friend and I chose the Corner Bistro for dinner as it's close to the hotel where I was staying. It was empty and we were seated immediately. The server was nice but hard to get her attention during the meal. Service overall was very slow even though the restaurant was empty. This... 更多
We were there Labor Day weekend and had lunch here both Saturday and Sunday. We practically had the place to ourselves. The food, the decor and the staff were great. We really enjoyed our lunch and lingered over great conversation and music with staff. It's in Tapestry Park, a beautiful space tucked away, off Southside Blvd.
I gave this place 2 chances but they couldn't get it right! Tonight was the last straw. Ordered scallops and shrimp and after biting into scallop I had to spit it out. Definitely spoiled! Gross!! Lost my appetite. Husband ordered short ribs but Im pretty sure it was shredded chuck roast, no bone in site with some disgusting white chocolate... 更多
Dropped in with my husband for a couple of drinks since it was right across from the hotel, and they had a great pianist that night who was also hilarious. Nice spot just to hang out.
