My final day in California so we went here for brunch before heading off to the airport. It's a self serve buffet style and done very very well. The eggs Benedict were particularly good...and I'm a huge fan of American crispy bacon!!
We have come here often but this visit was terrible. Brought company with us from Canada and we were giving dinner out as a gift to our two kids. Seated at a dirty table, but moved when requested a different table. Food was very bland. Alfredo sauce was very heavy on nutmeg, pesto chicken(always a favor) had no taste and... 更多
They had a party in another room and our service was terrible. The bus boy kept bringing bread and water, so it was obvious They knew the service in our room was unacceptable. To top everything else the woman's bathroom was out of order. Our lunch was okay but we had so much bread before , we were hardly hungry.
Have eaten here several times. Have always enjoyed it. The carbonara reminds me of when I'm in Rome. Wife enjoyed the salmon special and my finicky twins ate all their fettuccine Alfredo and pesto chicken. We all enjoyed the visit.
Went here with some friends for brunch and it was great , a little pricey the reason for the 4 stars, but a nice atmosphere and meal just the same. They had a buffet that had lots of fruit, danishes, bacon , sausage, and plate pf eggs, you could also have a custom egg dish made right at the buffet... 更多

The terrace overlooks Hartz Avenue, which can be busy, but is a great place for people watching. The menu is varied and although we all opted for salads, the pasta dishes... 更多
We have been to Basil Leaf before so we were expecting a good meal. However, of all the four dishes that we had only one enjoyed hers. My husband's capellini pomodoro was mediocre. My granddaughter's tortellini came with many things on it, and she had asked for it to be plain. I had the special: prawns on angel hair pasta.... 更多
Definitely not a Value restaurant. Imagine an Italian restaurant that was out of veal at 6:15PM on a Monday, really. We walked out. Lots better choices in the area for Italian; Piatti's-Danville, Incontro-Danville, Pasta Primivera-San Ramon (Great Value, food, & people), and Montecantini-Walnut Creek (family owned like forever, and a terrific value, excellent food, and nice people, lots of regulars).
We could not have been more pleased with the open and friendly greeting we received from both the server/manager and the busser. As it was a sparkling day we chose to sit outside at the street level. The two of us had a four-top which means that our table was right next to the porch (my eyes met the ledge... 更多
