Spectacular dinner. The tasting menu included crab with snail butter, an onion crepe, spinach gnocchi, almond tortellini, veal, tenderloin and a panna cotta. Truly an amazing night of delicious food and perfected paired wines.
Each and every course was absolutely delicious but our favorite by far was the first pasta course where we were served three delicious pastas The taleggio ravioli with vincotto was the stuff dreams are made of.
