Just delicious. Every single time we go. Just delicious!! Great wine. Great food! Cozy atmosphere. Bolognese is my favorite. Arugual salad, bruschetta dippings appetizer, and diabolo chicken are always go to orders!!!
Dinner with my adult son on his recommendation. This is a West Village restaurant with a “neighborhood flavor.” As such, I wrongly lowered by expectations. We began by ordering a bottle of Piedmont Gattinara which caused quite a commotion. I was told that diners had been sending bottles back. After consulting the sommelier, they decided to open and decant the... 更多
Good food, heavy on the seasoning/salt side, appetizers > entrees, good space for parties of 2-4 people. Ambiance: Dim, busy, lout but not too loud. Tables are very close to one another, 8~10inches apart. Food: Had 2 apps, BONE MARROW and CHARRED OCTOPUS; 2 entrees TAJARIN ALLA CARBONARA and RISOTTO ALLA PILOTA; Red Wine suggested by our server. The Bone... 更多
Stopped by after the NYC boat show. The food and the service was excellent. Started with the bruchetta , endive salad , sun chokes and grilled octopus (wow!). My wife had the pasta special ravioli and I had the carbonara pasta which was outrageous. Top that off with a shared almond cake and espresso and I could not move. Can't... 更多
This tiny West Village restaurant has everything you need for a great night out. The pasta is so fresh, the sauces perfect and the wines delicious. Tip : you need to make a reservation here as it is always full!
Hard to get a reservation bc space is small. You will be seated once entire party arrives. Had the branzino and found it to be wet. The arugula salad was very tasty. Should have had the pasta. My sense is that pasta is what one should have at dell'anima.
My best friend used to live directly across the street from Dell'Anima, being an East Village resident, I never cared too much to visit, but when I was meeting a friend for dinner I decided why not pick a place I had never been. Ahhh Dell'Anima, small, cozy, laced with amazing tunes,an open kitchen, attracts a hard working/good looking crowd,... 更多
It's amazing watching the chef and cooks working, probably the most efficient and smallest kitchen in NYC. Their passion and dedication show and the energy levels at this cozy restaurant is unbeatable. Just had the best tenderest steak ever last night. Their salads are portioned just right and the flavors of the dressing are fresh, crisp and savory. Been here... 更多
The room is always packed on the weekend (and for good reason). Amazing service, extensive wine list, delicious food. Make sure to reserve a table. We sat at half-past 11 PM and we're still thankful we thought ahead. Start with the various bruschetta!
