We had a mouth watering risotto porchino that crowned a great meal with chicken breaded in cheese and an exquisite red from the Napa Valley. Service attentive and extremely friendly.
Had a lovely meal at this small restaurant, to some it would seem a bit too small, but all the diners, seemed to be taking to each other, even though they had never met before, extremely friendly place, The meal was really lovely the swordfish par excellent as were he other two diners in our party. The nice touch was... 更多
It s like a " Italian Salle a manger" not so large , welcome received by the owner, we are immediately on Italian traditional restaurant. I liked the "Vongole pasta " clam on white sauce. Very good. I missed the antipasto with ham and cops. But good price for a nice authentic Italian food.
This was close to where I am staying so after a long flight decided to try it. I was not disappointed. It's a quaint authentic Italian restaurant with very helpful wait staff and delicious food. Try the Veal Marsala. Expensive by standards where I live, but hey, this is NYC!
We visited here on our first evening in New York. The service was friendly enough, and food was fairly good although did seem very expensive for what we had. My only real complaint is that we felt very rushed - as soon as the last moutful was in the plates and bread were whipped away, we weren't asked if we... 更多
Very tiny and run by the owner. Very delicious food and authentic Italian experience. Dont go to Little Italy... stay uptown.
Bread's amazing, Baby Arugola salad was good but the Jumbo Shrimp Francese was absolutely INCREDIBLE. My husband and I split the salad and entree bc we weren't that hungry - had late lunch. The staff was very polite and did not charge us a split fee. Very impressed with that. Restaurant is very intimate. Lovely
This is a first-rate Italian restaurant in Murray Hill, very close to all the hotels by Grand Central Station. It is a neighborhood place -- the kind of which there were scores of when I was growing up in New York City in the 1970s, but which are fewer and fewer by the year. I have never had a bad... 更多
This is a small establishment so it has a cozy atmosphere. We sat on the ground floor. I had the shrimp scampi and others in my party had the seafood special. All were good. The scampi came with asparagus and no pasta. It was nice and quiet so you could carry on a conversation easily. The service was also very... 更多
When I go abroad I usually avoid Italian restaurants (the food is never like at home). This time, being invited for dinner, I had to make an exception...and it was a nice surprise. The food was very good and similar to a restaurant in Italy. I definitely suggest going . Having been invited I cannot comment about the price.
