I've been to Fresh & Co. many times for salad but never for breakfast. What a pleasant surprise. You can have oatmeal, a baked good, or hot breakfast. The vegetarian options were excellent but the croissant wasn't the best.
Went for lunch. I ordered the Quinoa Tex Mex Bowl ($9) plus a teaspoon of shredded carrot ($0.50). I had to asked for bread. It was quite good. We also had a pre-made turkey sandwich with essence of avocado on whole wheat bread, NOT very good. Next time we'll get freshly made.
We had picnics every day when we were in NY and went to Fresh & Co near Central Park to get our salads. We got to select what we want on our salads. Many options available. We were in NYC for 9 days and found Fresh&Co restaurants a reliable place to grab something early in the morning to get us going or something in the mid-afternoon that would get us to dinnertime. Servers were happy and helpful. Everything we ate looked appealing, appeared very healthy, and was great tasting. Is no wonder we kept going back... 更多
Excellent fresh healthy tasty food. Had breakfast here all but 1 morning. The bagels were fresh and tasty. The 3 huge blueberry pancakes were as light as a feather and the power BLT sets you up for a day sight seeing in NY. The coffee was great and would highly recommend the steak sandwich. I'm from a town that has make your own burritos, tacos, salads, etc. at every corner. I love these places. I was especially excited to try this place out.
