They have very tasty burritos. I come to San Diego just to eat here. Decently priced, must park on road, didn't notice any other parking, but it's well worth it!
Exellent food & service. Wonderful eclectic ambiance enhences the experience - not hard to imagine you are in fine restaurant somewhere in Mexico. I am reviewing the El Zerape at 3201 Adams Ave in trendy Normal Heights. The system would not let me add it.
I've never had a four star taco before. I was a skeptic. But after tasting the shrimp ( very generous - 4 or 5 per taco ) and the scallop ( 4 or 5 per taco ) and the lobster ( 4 or 5 generous fresh pieces ) I'm a believer The key is fresh ingredients and five star service.... 更多
My wife loved the food here. The restrooms are very clean. The service was moderate. I didn't enjoy my meal as much as my wife enjoyed hers but they were both very well prepared and it was easy to see that a lot of love went into it. Overall, I'd recommend trying this restaurant.

A trip to San Diego is not complete without a visit to this neighborhood staple. The burritos are without match. Fresh, served quickly. No frills. Seafood burritos are the best here. Lots of fresh salsas. The perfect neighborhood burrito shop!
Small space with great food! The portions (at least for the burritos I had) are a good size so make sure you go hungry. It's a very convenient spot for breakfast, lunch or even a late evening snack.
We were recommended this place by a local we met. We're not big Mexican eaters, so only went because of a combination of the recommendation and a quick check of the reviews. They're all spot on. We both had the scallop burrito. Full of scallops. Drizzle some salsa (mild, medium or hot) on and BOOM - a mouth full of... 更多
Everything about El Zarape on Park Blvd. (they have another location on Adams Ave.) is absolutely perfect !! I try to go on off-peak times because seating is limited and always full. Every dish I've had I enjoy more than the last.
