No disappointments here! Incredibly friendly and attentive service and fresh fish. The house sake didn't feel like a compromise either. Definitely recommend!

I came here with a colleague for a business dinner. This restaurant is located in downtown Asheville, and parking can be a challenge. Many nearby shops and plenty of other things to see within walking distance. The restaurant itself is clean and has seating for perhaps 20 tables and a sushi bar. Service was prompt and courteous and they have... 更多
This is our Go To restaurant for authentic Japanese food. They have an extensive menu for Sushi and a good menu for the non sushi eaters. We have been here many times, as a couple and with family and friends. Everything any of us have tried has been delicious and we always left happy.
Wasabi is one of the best Japanese restaurants we have eaten in in the US. We had a nut encrusted salmon and a curry chicken and dumplings. We had dinner and went back for lunch the next day it was so special. Also has full line of sushi and sashimi.
Excellent all around! Service, atmosphere, cleanliness, and quality of food. We were delighted with a hot ginger, lemon and honey tea to warm us up, followed by a miso soup that was tremendously flavorful. Our sushi was fantastic and one of us ordered a broth noodle bowl that was also outstanding. We will come back next time we are in... 更多
read the reviews, and as one dose with sushi, we took our chances. the same seafood can sometimes have a variety of taste and may not always be the same - it's the risk we take, but this place had wonderful tasting the night we dined. we consumed many rolls, but the sweetheart roll was fantastic. the itamae and staff... 更多
We went to Wasabi for sushi and had ordered a few different rolls and seaweed salad too. The seaweed salad was very good, but can't say that for the sushi. It wasn't what I 'm used to being from the NYC area where food is by far the best from around the world. We had a simple spicy tuna roll... 更多
The service was very good and the menu is what you expect in an American "Japanese" restaurant. The sushi was decent as was the Hibachi. I probably would not rush back, but no real complaints.
Not sure how this place is the #1 sushi restaurant in Asheville, the lunch specials were ordinary the rice is supposed to infused with vinegar didn't seem to be present in adequate amounts, the place was not crowded the service was so slow not impressed. A prior visit the food was very good and the waitress were very attentive.
