We had some really good food, beef tips, and side of red beans and rice. Menu was gluten friendly and waiter was knowledgable as well.
We were roaming Moab looking for dessert on a February weekend night and found almost everywhere was closed at 8:30. The Blu Pig was open and we enjoyed a couple of different types of cobblers. I can't comment on the main courses, but dessert was decent.

The atmosphere is pretty good in this restaurant. The food only gets 3 stars though. The BBQ sauce is very very mild that you can barely taste the flavors. We had excellent bbq at the Blue Pig. The sides were great. We sat at the bar and the new bar tender was overwhelmed. I think he needed some training and help.
Great wings and beer, service was fun and fast, very clean and good atmosphere. Took about 15 minutes for all our meals to be ready, nice and hot and tasty
We were passing through and stayed at Comfort Suites. Asked the front desk clerk for a restaurant recommendation, he sent us to the Blu Pig.
