I know that everyone wants to typically get the bread bowl with the chowder but the tacos are amazing. We love to eat here to get away from the crowds downstairs. It's a lovely setting with great views of the wharf and the bay. The staff is always nice and the food is excellent. We have taken the little tour... 更多
Maybe I was just tired from the Alcatraz tour but this was just so so. The place is really nice with good views of the bay but the food was just average - nothing to write home about. The bread baked if alligator / teddy bear / turtles was quite cute (and you can buy it to go) - but... 更多
Enjoyed a good lunch at Bistro Boudin. The grill cheese sandwiches were very good and it was fun to eat outside and see the action around the Pier.
We were with a party of 15 and sat in the middle of the dining area on the second floor. We had only one server and he did a terrific job. The food choices were typical of a place that serves the masses, families, children, groups large and small. Which is to say nothing exotic but everything pretty tasty. I... 更多

Worth a trip just for that. The chowder? Nothing special but totally passable and better than many out-of-the-can chowders served in the expensive slow service tourist-trappy places with... 更多
Yes, it's at the wharf. Yes, it is filled with tourists. Yes, you eat clam chowder in a bread bowl. Yes, it's not cheap. But, we had a good meal in a good atmosphere. We went to the sourdough bread museum--admission was free since we were eating there. It was interesting. Don't let the fact that it is a tourist... 更多
The food was good and the service was as well. You can get the same bread bowl with clam chowder in the fist floor for $7 less then at the sit down restaurant up stairs however. The bread was great. It was a little costly. A family of four, two kids meals, cost me almost $100 for dinner. The kids... 更多
Historic Boudin on the wharf, food was so so. Restaurant appears to be a relatively formal setting, but there were several families with screaming toddlers, which was not pleasant. Ok, I guess.
