Fantastic pho and very busy little joint. Had the five spice chicken - really good. Super fast service. This is a good spot if you are staying at the Hilton - just a block away.

I have had a lot of pho in a lot of different places. This has got to one of the worst that I've ever had. The noodles were hard and undercooked. The broth was too bland - even the addition of lime and hoisin sauce did not manage to save it. Really the only thing that I enjoyed was their... 更多
Having lived in Vietnam we couldn't miss to eat Vietnamese in SZf. We weren't disappointed: great fresh rolls like they make them on Ham Nghi Market! The combined dishes were teenager friendly! We had lemon grass chicken, chicken curry, noodles, etc. We would love to go back for a Pho soup lunch, but don't have the chance/time. Atmosphere is by... 更多
went there with 2 frineds for rolls and pho. the service was good. food was average: cold rolls with beef were too cheewy and dry. the pho wasnt bad, but could have been more fresh and tasty. the next time that i feel for vietnamese food, i will try out another place.
Read the reviews ahead of time. Spent the day in Chinatown, and looked for this place. Totally worth it! Great pho(noodle soup)! And the #32 is the bomb! Lemon beef. Would give that dish five plus plus stars! Remember cash only.
Once I discovered Golden Star I visited it 3 times during my recent stay in San Francisco. It was the real deal for lunch. Nothing fancy, just great Pho or noodles, tea and cold soy milk drink. Lunch for less than $10, all freshly cooked and just so tasty. It is busy, but the service is good and I just... 更多
I found this restaurant by accident while walking off Grant Ave in China Town. The food was not bad and the service was OK. I think most of the restaurant in China Town would be the same. Be ware that this restaurant only take Cash. Make sure you have enough cash before eating at this restaurant. I noticed that many... 更多
My wife and I ate a lunch and dinner at this restaurant. There may be a line to wait in for the lunch service since it gets packed at lunch time. I tried the pho with beef flank and beef balls in it and found it to be very good. For dinner we had an order of the "Goi Tom"... 更多
We wanted a truly authentic experience for Pho. This place is definitely a local hang out on the edge of Chinatown. However, as it pertained to the Pho we were non plussed. My husband had the mixed beef version and I had the spicy chicken. Neither one stood out. The beef and the chicken were very fatty and the broth... 更多
